Haier America joins NBA Nation presented by T-Mobile USA and Kia Motors for Coast-to-Coast Tour

New York, NY, May 5, 2009 -- Haier America is joining the National Basketball Association’s largest mobile basketball playground, NBA Nation presented by T-Mobile USA and Kia Motors, for a coast-to-coast tour of the United States.  Haier will showcase a number of portable media devices in the Haier Home Court Tent, including the Trainer, the Theatre, and Rhapsody ibiza, as well as new LCD televisions. Fans can cool off with Haier’s portable air conditioners and win some great prizes by participating in the Haier Shooting Stars competition.

NBA Nation presented by T-Mobile USA and Kia Motors is an 18-wheeler that expands into an interactive arena where fans can watch the NBA’s 50 Greatest Plays on a Haier 47-inch flat screen monitor, play the latest NBA video games on Haier televisions, and compare their height, arm span, hands, and shoe size to those of their favorite NBA players to see how they “Measure Up.”
